4.2. www.sacredgeometry.online may make unilateral changes to these user terms without any notice, in order to ensure the continuity of the services it undertakes. In case of any change, www.sacredgeometry.online will publish the current terms of use on its website with a new date update under the same link, and will notify its users by e-mail if necessary. The renewed current terms of use will be effective from the moment they are published on www.sacredgeometry.online and the use of this site or its services will be subject to the renewed terms of use from that moment on.

Membership of a member who has sent materials contrary to the provisions of this agreement to www.sacredgeometry.online may be terminated unilaterally by www.sacredgeometry.online without any notice.

Enforcement of User Terms
The User is deemed to have agreed to comply with the User Terms from the moment he/she completes and approves the registration form or receives any service or order using this system.

Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract.

Notification Addresses
7.1. The e-mail address that the user reports to www.sacredgeometry.online is considered the e-mail address from which the legal address will be requested for any notification regarding this contract.

7.2. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of changes in their existing e-mail addresses within 3 (three) days, they agree that requests to the old e-mail address will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.

7.3. www.sacredgeometry.online Any notification to be made by the User to the registered e-mail address shall be deemed to reach the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent to the e-mail address of the User.

The user declares and undertakes that he has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in these Terms of Use.

3.3. Kullanıcı, bu web sitesinin hizmetlerinden yararlanırken, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Kanunları ve www.sacredgeometry.online tarafından yayımlanacak her türlü duyuru ve bildirimlere uymayı kabul eder. Bu bildirimlere ve yasalara aykırı kullanım sebebiyle doğabilecek hukuki, cezai ve mali her türlü sorumluluk Kullanıcıya aittir.

www.sacredgeometry.online'nun Hak ve Yükümlülükleri
4.1. www.sacredgeometry.online, usulüne uygun olarak www.sacredgeometry.online sitesine kayıt olan kullanıcının sözleşme konusu hizmetlerden, teknik arızalar dışında, yararlandırılacağını kabul ve taahhüt eder. Kullanıcının www.sacredgeometry.online sitesinin çalışmasına engel olacak herhangi bir elektronik sabotaj, kazançlara müdahale amaçlı girişiminin tespit edilmesi ve/veya siber saldırıya neden olduğunun belirlenmesi, resmî makamlar tarafından kullanıcıya yönelik suç duyurusu bulunması ya da resmi soruşturma talebi gelmesi halinde, www.sacredgeometry.online / www.sacredgeometry.online ilgili üyenin kimlik bilgilerini araştırma ve açıklama hakkına sahiptir.

4.2. www.sacredgeometry.online taahhüt ettiği hizmetlerin sürekliliğini sağlamak için, bu kullanıcı şartlarında herhangi bir bildirimde bulunmaksızın tek taraflı değişiklik yapabilir. www.sacredgeometry.online, herhangi bir değişiklik olması halinde güncel kullanım şartlarını aynı link altında yeni tarih güncellemesi ile sitesinde yayınlayacak, gerek görmesi halinde elektronik posta ile kullanıcılarına bildirecektir. Kullanıcı Şartlarının Yürürlüğe Girmesi
Kullanıcı, kayıt formunu doldurup onayladığı ya da bu sistemi kullanarak herhangi bir hizmet aldığı ya da sipariş verdiği andan itibaren Kullanıcı Şartlarına uymayı taahhüt kabul etmiş sayılır. 

Yetkili Mahkeme ve Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü
Bu sözleşmenin uygulanmasından doğabilecek uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkili kılınmıştır.

Tebligat Adresleri
7.1. Kullanıcının www.sacredgeometry.online'a bildirdiği elektronik posta adresi, bu sözleşme ile ilgili olarak yapılacak her türlü bildirim için yasal adresin isteneceği elektronik posta adresi olarak kabul edilir.

7.2. Taraflar, mevcut elektronik posta adreslerindeki değişiklikleri yazılı olarak diğer tarafa 3 (üç) gün içinde bildirmedikçe, eski elektronik posta adresine yapılacak isteklerin geçerli olacağını ve kendilerine yapılmış sayılacağını kabul ederler. 

7.3. www.sacredgeometry.online Kullanıcının kayıtlı elektronik posta adresine yapacağı her türlü bildirimin, elektronik postanın Kullanıcının e-posta adresine gönderilmesinden 1 (bir) gün sonra kullanıcıya ulaştığı kabul edilecektir.

Kullanıcı, bu Kullanım Şartları’ nda yer alan maddelerin tümünü okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan ve taahhüt eder.
