Kargo & İade

Tüm yurtiçi ve yurtdışı siparişlerinizde kargo ücretsizdir.

İade ve değişimlerde kargo ücreti alıcıya aittir.

Yurtici siparişinizin ödemesi onaylandıktan sonra teslimat 2-4 iş günü içerisinde yapılabilmektedir.

Uluslararası gönderiler için teslimat süresi 4 - 7 iş gününü bulabilmektedir.

Verilen tahmini teslimat süreleri sadece iş günleri düşünülerek verilmiştir. Haftasonları, resmi tatil günleri ve gümrükten çekilme işlemleri dahil edilmemiştir. Yurtdışına yapılan gönderilerde maalesef iade kabul edilmemektedir.

Satın alacağınız ürün kargoya verildikten sonra size takip numarası bildirilecektir. Bu şekilde gönderinizin durumunu her an takip edebilirsiniz. Siparişlerinizin gönderileriyle ilgili tüm sorularınız için bize info@sacredgeometry.online adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Hijyen kuralları gereği kullanılmamış, paketi ve ambalajı açılmamış ürünlerin sadece iadesi gerçekleşmektedir. İade süresi, teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gündür. İlgili sürenin aşılması durumunda iade işlemi gerçekleştirilememektedir. İade kargonuz bize ulaştığında size e-posta ile bilgi verilecek ve iade işlemleriniz hemen başlatılacaktır.

İade veya değişim istenen ürün ya da ürünlerin kullanılmamış, ambalajı hasar görmemiş ve tekrar satılabilme özelliğini kaybetmemiş olması gerekmektedir. Söz konusu ürün ya da ürünlerin faturası, orijinal kutusu ve ambalajı, gönderilen tüm aksesuarları ile birlikte iade edilmesi gerekmektedir. İade süresi dolmuş, kullanılmış, paketi hasar görmüş, tekrar satılabilirlik özelliğini kaybetmiş, tüm aksesuarları ve orijinal kutusu ile gönderilmeyen iadeler kabul edilmeyecektir, ve bu ürünün veya ürünlerin kargo masrafları size ait olmak üzere geri gönderilecektir.

Ürün bedelinin ödemesi, ürünün iade koşullarına uygunluğu saptandıktan sonra gerçekleştirilir ve en geç 10 gün içerisinde kredi kartınıza yansıtılır. Bu süre tamamen bankanıza bağlıdır ve “sacredgeometry.online” ‘nın bankanıza müdahale etme hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Taksitli ödeme seçeneği ile ödediyseniz, iadeniz de banka prosedürleri gereği taksitli olarak yapılacaktır.

Shipping & Returns

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.

For local shipments, after your order is approved, the delivery may take between 2-4 business days.

International shipments usually takes between 4-7 business days.

Time is estimated in business days only – weekend, holidays, customs clearance, etc, are not included. The client is responsible for all custom duties and taxes. Our company is not responsible for lost packages.

After we ship your order, you will be notified with an e-mail together with tracking number. You can track your shipment accordingly. If you have any questions regarding the shipping of your order, please contact us at info@sacredgeometry.online .

We have 14 days return policy for all of our collection within Turkey. Unfortunately we don’t accept returns for products that are shipped to other countries.

The information in this section is applicable for returns within Turkey only! If you decide to return a product, you can return it 14 days after you purchase it with the condition of making sure that the product is unused, undamaged and is re-sellable. If you exceed this timing, the return cannot be accepted. When we receive the returned product, you will be notified immediately with an e-mail and the return process will start.

If you live in Turkey and you decide to return a product(s) please make sure that package of the product(s) is not damaged and all of the content of the package are sent back with no pieces missing. Product(s) must be unused and undamaged. Product(s) must be complete with the original package, including all accessories and a copy of the bill. The product(s) which is used or damaged and not re-sellable and/or missing its original accessories will not be accepted as a return, and it will be sent back to you with shipping charges to your name.

We make the payment for the return 10 days after the product’s conditions are verified as acceptable for return and the whole amount is wired into your credit card. This timing is completely dependent on your bank and “sacredgeometry.online” has no right to interfere with the process and procedures of your bank. In case you paid with installment options, your bank will repay in installments as per banking procedures.
